Skin Matter – Shipping Policy

At Skin Matter, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across Pakistan.

Delivery Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 is applied on all orders across Pakistan.

  • Free shipping is available on orders above PKR 3000.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the delivery location, courier operations, or public holidays.

Order Dispatch Time

  • All orders are dispatched daily at 5:00 PM.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be dispatched the next working day.

Order Verification

To ensure smooth delivery and avoid fake orders:

  • All orders are verified before dispatch.

  • Orders are confirmed through WhatsApp message or phone call.

  • Only verified orders are processed and dispatched.

  • If the customer does not respond to verification attempts, the order may be automatically canceled.

Payment Options

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your order.

  • Online Bank Transfer – Customers who prefer bank transfer must contact customer support before placing the order to receive payment details.

Shipping Coverage

Currently, Skin Matter delivers only within Pakistan.
International shipping is not available at the moment.

Open Parcel Policy

For customer satisfaction and transparency:

  • All parcels are allowed to be opened at the time of delivery.

  • Customers can check the product before making payment for Cash on Delivery orders.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, please inform our customer support before the order is dispatched.

  • Orders must be canceled before the first 5:00 PM after placing the order.

  • Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Skin Matter reserves the right to cancel orders in situations such as:

  • Product being out of stock

  • Pricing errors

  • Unverified orders

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer information
